Dr. Sladkey practices at Miller Children's and Women’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA, where she treats various cardiopulmonary diagnoses in the NICU and Cardiac ICU. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2009. She has spent much of her career treating children with Cystic Fibrosis and has published research on stress urinary incontinence and tele-exercise. Currently her focus has shifted to children with congenital heart disease. Dr. Sladkey serves as the Membership/Communications Secretary of the Pediatric Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Specialist Interest Group.
