Visual art activities and physical exercise are low-cost interventions that can be easily delivered to children, adolescents, and adults with diverse abilities in a variety of practice settings. Combining visual art activities and physical exercise activities can also be structured, frequently delivered, and easily carried over by caregivers. Both visual art activities and physical exercise improve well-being, quality of life, and mood. This presentation showcases creative strategies for combining physical activity, academic concepts/learning, and visual art activities in a variety of practice settings with simple visual arts materials.
