My name is Meghan Andrews. I'm a 3rd year PT student at the Medical University of South Carolina. Upon graduating I hope to obtain a career in a pediatric inpatient or outpatient rehab setting. I recently went on a medical mission trip with One World Health to deliver and implement wheelchairs for pediatric and adult patients in Uganda. This was an incredible opportunity for me to help serve patients in underprivileged areas and achieve first-hand experience with healthcare discrepancies that exist around the world. A later career goal I hope to attain is becoming a Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS).
