Dr. Yi-Ling Kuo, PT, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the SUNY Upstate Medical University and a director of the neuromodulation laboratory. Her research focuses on applying transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to investigate motor system neurophysiology. Her work in brain stimulation and neuroimaging is combined with motor behavioral measures to reveal the neural underpinning of motor skill learning across the motor control spectrum from individuals with neurologic disorders to elite performers.
