Richelle is a third year Upstate DPT student from Syracuse, NY. While at Upstate, she volunteered at the Pediatric Practice Clinic. Seeing how children in the clinic struggled to walk, Richelle and her peers developed a Case Study called "Exploring the Impact of Including the Hypervibe in Physical Therapy Intervention on Activation of Key Muscles of Gait in Young Children With Developmental Disabilities." She hopes this inspires future research regarding total body vibation and how it can contribute to improving muscle activation and function in children. After graduating in May, Richelle plans to pursue a career in Pediatric PT.
