Sandra Arnold is Professor Emeritus, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is recent past Director of the Doctor of Science (DSC) Program in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, teaching professional and post professional physical therapy and occupational therapy students, and is recent past Director of the Lee Tolbert Center for Developmental Disabilities, supporting children/families through education, service, and research. She co-developed the School Outcomes Measure, and is PI for the USDE Office of Special Education, Institute of Education Science grant, Validating the School Outcomes Measure (SOM): An Outcomes Measure for Students who Receive School-based Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy.
