Pediatric Physical Therapy Resident Oregon Health and Science University Arvada, Colorado
The purpose of this presentation is to highlight the work of the APTA Pediatric DEI committee that has occurred over the past couple of years to increase transparency of the committee’s action items. Over the course of the presentation, attendees will be able to gain an understanding of how the committee is working toward greater change to assist APTA Pediatrics become more inclusive and equitable for increased belonging for community members, including the patients and families we all serve as pediatric physical therapists. The presentation will include hard and soft copies of the producible items the committee has created or collaborated on since 2020.
