Lynera Gregory is the Crisis Coordinator, Office of Crisis & Criminal Justice Services, Division
of Clinical Services, Adults & Older Adults for the BHA. In this position she is responsible for
oversight and monitoring of implementation and ongoing activities of the projects surrounding
walk-in services, crisis bed expansion, safe stations, and detention center MAT programs. Lynera
Gregory is a Baltimore native who has spent the last 15 years dedicated to the human service
field providing direct support services for mostly vulnerable populations. She has had the honor
of working with and serving individuals living with addictions, the homeless population, abused
and neglected children, the under and non-insured through the Affordable Care Act, and persons
living with HIV under the Ryan White Program. She obtained her master's in Human Services
Management from McDaniel College in 2008.
