Chase Holleman, LCSW, LCAS serves as a Public Health Advisor in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). As part of the Office of Prevention Innovation (OPI), Chase serves in a lead role supporting harm reduction efforts within the Center and across the Agency as a subject matter expert.
