Natasha Herbert, PhD, LCPC, NCC is the Program Manager for System Planning and Management for the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. In her current role, she oversees crisis stabilization services, monitors substance use treatment and recovery house providers, buprenorphine expansion, and behavioral health system coordination in the county. Dr. Herbert’s background is working primarily with criminal justice clients in substance use treatment in correctional, residential, and outpatient settings for over 12 years.
