Sandra O’Neill, LCPC, is the Director of the Anne Arundel County Department of Health’s Bureau of Behavioral Health. Sandy is a seasoned professional counselor and an effective public health program administrator whose work in the behavioral health field spans 20 years. She is dedicated to providing and promoting the ethical, empathic and effective delivery of evidence-based prevention, treatment and recovery services to those whose lives have been disrupted by behavioral health disorders. Sandy is also passionate about increasing the public awareness and understanding of behavioral health issues to reduce stigma and increase the wellness of residents.
