Ann Simpers, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a Post-Master’s Degree in Community Counseling, and a master’s degree in Education-Counseling from Wilmington University with an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. Ann has been working as a Behavioral Health Coordinator at Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. since 2019, managing the State Opioid Response (SOR)Grant and the Opioid Operations Command Center (OOCC)Grants. Ann’s clinical experience has included providing services in a private practice, intensive outpatient setting (IOP), school-based setting, and clinic. Ann has over 10 years of experience working with the adolescent and adult population with substance related issues. Her belief is that treatment and recovery must be person-centered. One size does not fit all. And more importantly everyone should be treatment with dignity and respect.
