Mary C. Keller serves as the Special Grants Administrator for the Maryland Department of Labor's Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning. In this role, she oversees Labor's high priority workforce development inititives, including the Department's nationally-recognized EARN Maryland program and its work on substance use disorder and homelessness. Prior to her time at Labor, Mary worked in the Maryland Governor's Office of Healthcare Reform. She holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Loyola University.
