Kate Dunn, MSN, RN, CNL received her Masters of Nursing in Clinical Nurse Leadership at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, she joined HARP as the Nurse Practice Manager in August 2019. Kate’s healthcare career has focused on working in community healthcare settings with strong public health missions. Kate’s experience in harm reduction began in 2014 when there was a sharp increase in overdoses related to fentanyl in the drug supply, since then she has been a fierce advocate for drug user health and dignity.
