Ms. Reid directs LAC’s legislative and policy work to protect the confidentiality of substance use disorder treatment records by providing technical assistance. Through LAC’s No Health=No Justice Campaign, she provides harm reduction advocacy and technical assistance for those who are justice involved and use drugs in Black and brown communities. Previously, she was a Senior Attorney for the National Health Law Program, and an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
