Heather Raley, LCPC Senior Behavioral Health Consultant with Mosaic Group currently works in program creation and development, implementation and support through emergency departments, hospital obstetric units and ambulatory primary care and OB/GYN practices, for the past 4 years. Prior to joining Mosaic Group, Heather has worked for over 10 years at the state and federal levels to develop and implement screening protocols to identify patients in need of mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment, as well as provide direct patient care to a variety of adult populations.
