Dr. Suzanne Borys is an Assistant Division Director at DMHAS. She has a doctorate in Educational Psychology and over 40 years of experience managing research and information systems projects. She received numerous Federal grants to support addiction services. Some new programs her office manages are the emergency room based Opioid Overdose Recovery Program, the Support Team for Addiction Recovery, Telephone Recovery Support and Student Athlete Prescription Misuse Education. She is committed to developing opportunities for the employment of peers in the addiction continuum of care.
