Ms. Scalise, LPC LCADC, NJ Department of Human Services, Divsion of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Office of Treatment and Recovery Supports has over 30 years experience in behavioral health. She was instrumental in implementing NJs Child Welfare Reform SUD treatment recommendations. She has designed numerous initiatives in collaboration with other State Departments to address the opioid crisis, with a focus on women and families. She works with State leaders and community to improve service delivery at all levels. She is NJs Women’s Services Network (WSN) treatment coordinator, a component of the National Association of State Alcohol/Drug Abuse Directors and currently serves as Vice-President of the WSNs.
