Dr. Nankoe is the Chief Medical Director for Department of Corrections (DOC) Programs at Spectrum Health Systems. a private nonprofit behavioral health organization in Massachusetts. He provides oversight, direction, and implementation of medical operations for Massachusetts DOC MOUD Programs. He previously served as the Medical Director for the Vermont DOC Medication-Assisted Treatment Program, and worked in the Vermont Hub and Spoke system as the Medical Director of two Hubs (OTPs) and two Spokes (OBOT clinics). Dr. Nankoe is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine.
