Assess whether OTP regulations in a state impede or enhance access to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Show awareness of the impact of COVID-19 on state OTP regulations
Describe how Colorado is changing OTP regulations and apply lessons learned to their own state

Presentation Summary: New research from the Pew Charitable Trusts examines how state regulations currently impede or enhance OTP access and patient-centered care, how state regulators responded to federal guidance related to the pandemic, and their plans for these flexibilities in the future. Attendees will learn about these findings and hear from a state official who is implementing regulatory reforms to better align with federal rules and evidence-based care.
