Presentation Summary: The provision of harm reduction supplies within an opioid treatment program is a feasible and practical method to provide comprehensive, integrated care, and creates opportunities for increased patient engagement. By implementing this novel practice of supplying patients of an outpatient opioid treatment program with on-site access to syringe exchange services, there is vast opportunity to improve health outcomes in an otherwise vulnerable and stigmatized population.
