At the completion of this activity, participants will:

Upon completion, participants will describe the similarities and differences in the VT and CA hub and spoke model.
Upon completion, participants will demonstrate the needed elements to create a hub and spoke model in their state or organization.
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify the favorable outcomes from having such a system in number of people on MOUD, integration with the criminal justice system, and care coordination similar to any other medical or psychiatric disease.

Presentation Summary: This presentation will review the development and implementation of the successful hub and spoke model in treating opioid use disorder in Vermont and California. We encourage active audience participation from other States that have considered or are implementing a similar model.
