AATOD remains fully committed to holding a successful in-person meeting and is working closely with the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, the Baltimore Convention Center, and vendor partners in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. AATOD’s priority is always the health and well-being of our community, so we are working to implement thorough safety protocols to meet or exceed the recommendations from the CDC, as well as industry standards. Please review the health and safety protocols below to ensure your safety and well-being during the AATOD Conference. If for any reason the organizers decide to make material changes to this event (e.g. venue or format of meeting) or if the event needs to be re-scheduled, AATOD is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs, damages, or expenses incurred by registrants.

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor has implemented the Hilton Clean Stay Program. In addition to increases cleaning protocols, there is contactless arrival, upon-request housekeeping, and other enhancements. Click here for more information:
What To Expect During Your Stay
Before the Event
- Follow relevant guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and your local health authority
- Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the City of Baltimore and the region you are traveling from
- Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with
- Stay home if you feel sick or exhibit any of the symptoms of COVID-19
After the Event
Based on current contact tracing advice from health authorities, if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home, please notify AATOD via email at meetings@aatod.org.
AATOD is monitoring federal and local guidelines and will be updating this page regularly as new information becomes available. Health and safety measures implemented by AATOD prior to the event are subject to change. Any violations of the attendee Health & Safety Policy may result in prohibiting entry to the event or removal from the event.
