Faculty will review childhood oral diseases and evidence-based strategies to improve oral health, including incorporating oral health screening, counseling, fluoride varnish, and dental referral into well-child visits. Supplies needed and billing also will be discussed. Participants will practice performing a knee-to-knee exam and applying fluoride varnish on children.
