P4313: Uvalde Pediatrician Gives Voice To School Shooting Victims

Roy Guerrero, MD, FAAP, was present at Uvalde Memorial Hospital in Texas after the May 24 shooting at Robb Elementary School that resulted in the deaths of 19 children and two adults. Dr. Guerrero, the city’s only pediatrician, is a lifelong resident of Uvalde and attended Robb Elementary School. Following the shooting, Dr. Guerrero testified on Capitol Hill to advocate for gun control and to give a voice to the victims of his community.
