The session will discuss celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Faculty will address new tests and new diagnostic criteria for celiac disease, a condition commonly encountered by primary care providers. The scientific evidence and proposed diagnostic criteria for non-gluten sensitivity also will be discussed.
