Diagnosis and management of urinary tract infections (UTIs) remain a source of confusion for general pediatricians. This session will review key publications on UTIs and the retirement of the AAP UTI clinical practice guideline. Faculty will discuss advancements in the understanding of genetic risk factors for reflux and UTIs and new diagnostic imaging options.
