Jigsaw Diagnostics

Jigsaw Diagnostics offers comprehensive evaluations for neurodevelopmental conditions like autism, ADHD, & more. Our evaluations are conducted by a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in pediatric telemedicine assessments. We serve children ages 18 months to 8 years old residing in CA, PA, NC, and TN. 

Jigsaw partners with pediatric practices to provide supportive and inclusive care for patients. Once a referral is received, families can be scheduled quickly for a free initial consultation and eligibility check. The family completes online questionnaires and uploads prior records and child videos to a secure site. We conduct up to a 3 hour video evaluation with a clinical psychologist, including receiving feedback on findings and recommendations. Within 1 week of the evaluation, the family receives a written diagnostic report which is often required by insurance to authorize therapy. Our post-diagnostic Care Plan then directs patients back to the referring pediatrician with specific recommendations for next steps.

Families can skip the long wait - our scalable and efficient process means the child can be seen and evaluated quickly and from the comfort of their own home. This minimizes disruption to parents and the child, allowing for more accurate observations of the child's natural behaviors.
