Early career physicians are at high risk of experiencing secondary trauma, which adversely impacts well-being. Faculty will discuss the use of debrief sessions to address trauma experienced by residents during their critical care rotations. Strategies to mitigate the effects of secondary trauma and foster post-traumatic resilient growth will be presented.
