Abusive head trauma (NAHT) has been an underestimated diagnosis. This session will focus on recognizing NAHT in emergency or clinical settings to avoid devastating outcomes for children. Faculty also will address the importance of considering cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological roots in communities to educate caregivers on prevention.
