Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are vital components of healthy development and relational health. This session will illustrate how pediatricians, families, early educators, and policymakers can promote DEI using strength-based approaches: celebrating cultural pride, promoting multilingual development, and advocating for equity for all families with young children.
