Phillip holds a BS in Biology of Medical Sciences and Minor in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and a DMD from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
Phillip has served 10 years as a dental officer in the United States Air Force and, upon completion from residency, will be serving as a Pediatric Dentist at Yokota AB, Japan.
