Claudia finished dental school in 2007 in Brazil. After acquiring her dental degree, she was engaged in a two-year full-time hospital residency (Multi-Professional Residency in Infant Care). During this time, she worked together with other medical professionals providing comprehensive treatment to newborns, infants, children, teenagers, pregnant women and special needs care. Her passion for research led her to spend two years doing a masters dedicated to research in pediatric dentistry. She currently has eight published articles and two research awards. After finishing her masters, she moved to the USA and went to dental school for two years at Colorado University school of Dental Medicine in order to have an outstanding dental degree and be able to practice dentistry in this country. After acquiring her DDS in 2019, she became a pediatric dental resident at Temple University Hospital. She currently is a second-year pediatric dental resident and is passionate about treating kids, working with pediatric dentistry and contributing to the scientific community.
