Description of Presentation: An overview of treatment options for permeant molars with large carious lesions and discussion about the best timing for extraction and molar substitution. A review of the best available evidence in pulp therapy for symptomatic immature permanent molars with irreversible pulpitis, as well as presentation of cases with long-term follow-up.
