Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the various factors of Social Determinants of Health that directly impeded oral rehabilitation treatment over a time period at Interfaith Medical Center - One Brooklyn Health.
Method: Parents who's children (3-6 years old) "no showed" or canceled scheduled oral rehabilitation treatment within a reviewed time period will respond to 5 survey questions. The responses will be used to identify the applicable Social Determinant of Health factors that prevented compliance with scheduled oral rehabilitation treatment between a reviewed time period.
