This session will focus on the management of common complications relating to loss of hard and soft tissue secondary to failing teeth and/or implants. Case examples will be shown by speakers and the way they approached the management to restore the patient. The importance of diagnosis and treatment planning will be shown for each case presentation that will follow an algorithm for treatment.

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
Explain how to merge initial presentation data to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
Describe the timing for reconstruction of soft- and hard-tissue defects following complications with teeth and implants.
Discuss how to create navigation guides for optimal implant placement in patients who have had extensive grafting.
Recognize through case examples the efficiency of this process.
