Dr. Jimmy-Tung Nguyen DDS MD is a current 6th year oral & maxillofacial surgery resident at the LAC+USC Medical Center/Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry program in Los Angeles, California. There he received extensive exposure to maxillofacial trauma, pathology, reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery, and dental implant surgery. He received his bachelor's degree in bioengineering at UC Berkeley in 2012 and continued his education at the UCLA School of Dentistry, where he earned his dental degree in 2017. He then earned his medical degree at the Keck School of Medicine at USC in 2020.
His clinical interests include dento-alveolar surgery and implant surgery. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing the guitar, hip hop dance, and backpacking.
