 Nuell, Inc. is an independent third party repair facility for oral surgery hand pieces and accessories. We have been supporting AAOMS as a preferred vendor for repairs of oral surgery hand pieces and accessories for their members since 2006.  We are one of the oldest repair facilities in the country for oral surgery hand piece repairs and have been doing these types of repairs since 1968.

Nuell, Inc. also provides new and refurbished equipment sales including replacement bur guards and shields for your Impaction Drills.
