Matthew Hessel, MD FAAEM is an attending physician and Captain in the United States Air Force Medical Corps at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska where he attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dr. Hessel traveled to Texas and completed his residency at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. He then moved to San Antonio to start active duty as an Air Force physician at BAMC where he has taken an interest in tactical applications of Emergency Medicine.
