Dr. Joshua Morales received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2010. He then went on to complete an internal medicine residency at VCU as well as a chief medical resident for the year. He then completed a hematology–oncology fellowship in 2017 at VCU and served as chief fellow his final year. Upon graduation, he then moved to Roanoke with his wife and children and joined Blue Ridge Cancer Care. He has been heavily involved in many educational endeavors with Virginia Tech School of Medicine and the Carilion Clinic. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children in Southwest Virginia including fishing and camping. He also enjoys attempting to play soccer and basketball with the medical students and residents.
