Dr. Rashmi Jadhav is currently a Simulation and Patient Safety Fellow at Georgetown University. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency training in Tampa, FL where she was the Chief Resident of her program. She began her journey with simulation in residency where she worked closely with her director and organized the simulation curriculum. She led many simulation case sessions with residents and interdisciplinary simulation sessions with ancillary staff including nurses and techs. Throughout her simulation fellowship, she has had the opportunity to work with the residents and run various medical simulation case scenarios and teach hands-on procedural techniques.
