Michael Billet, MD is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland. He attended medical school at University of Virginia and completed residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been on facutly at Maryland since 2018, working clinically at Mercy Medical Center, where he is a full time nocturnist. He is a Medical Specialist for FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Maryalnd Task Force 1. His teaching interests include wilderness and disaster medicine, and medical simulaiton.
