Wayne Martini, MD is an attending physician & medical director at Wickenburg Community Hospital Emergency Department. Dr. Martini attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, served as Director of Ultrasound & Simulation at Abrazo Emergency Medicine Residency, and is on the faculty and actively teaching at Midwestern University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is passionate about point of care ultrasound in the Emergency Department and utilization of it to improve patient experience e.g. nerve blocks, thora/pleuracentsis and reduction of harm trechniques. In his free time when he's not in the Emergency Department, teaching, or trying to figure out the wants/needs of his four month old son, you can find him hiking trails & mountains in Central Arizona!
