Dr. Luke Duncan is dual trained Emergency Medicine and Surgical Critical Care physician with over a decade of experience. He is the Chief of the Division of Critical Care in the Department of Emergency at Albany Medical Center. He also serves as the Medical Director of the Institution's Extracorporeal Life Support service and LifeNet New York, the regional Helicopter EMS service.
