Dan Gingold, MD, MPH, FAAEM is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He attended medical school at Emory University and graduate the University of Maryland Medical Center residency program in 2016, and after a chief resident year joined the faculty in 2017. He gives frequent lectures to the University of Maryland Residency Program as part of the Social Medicine and Behavioral Health Lecture Series for the last 4 years. He has given several presentations at AAEM, SAEM, and ACEP scientific assemblies. He is the medical director of the Baltimore City Mobile Integrated Health Community Paramedicine program, combining his academic interests of health inequity, social determinants of health, and health systems research.
