Anne Whitehead, MD FAAEM, FACEP is an attending physician at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and practices both as a general and a pediatric emergency physician. She is the Associate Program Director for the pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at IU School of Medicine, as well as the pediatric emergency medicine education director for residents and students. She attended medical school at the University of Rochester, completed residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, and fellowship at Inova Fairfax in northern Virginia. She is passionate about medical education, and making sure general emergency physicians have all the tools they need to confidently care for children in their EDs.
