Dr. Chang is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine, Neurology, and the Program in Trauma at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She splits her clinical practice between the ED, Neuro ICU, and Neurotrauma ICU. Her teaching and research are focused on improving the care of neurological emergencies.
