Limited English-proficiency (LEP) patients, often immigrants, have increased healthcare barriers in the emergency department (ED) which may include limited translation resources, lack of insurance, and inadequate health literacy. This project aims to determine the utility of an ED-to-primary care provider (PCP) pipeline for Spanish-speaking patients and to identify barriers to care in this population.
