Acute ischemic stroke care is always evolving with new treatments and standards of care. This talk with focus on 2 different controversies in the management of stroke patients: Tenecteplase as a possible new fibrinolytic and 5 recent trials discussing if Intravenous Thrombolysis is need in combination with mechanical thrombectomy for patients with acute large vessel occlusion strokes.
