Dr. Nima Moaven earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland at College Park, a M.S. in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University, and his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. During that time, he spent much of his time at the NIH's Medical Genetics Branch of National Human Genome Research Institute working on various research projects. After finishing dental school in 2018, he moved to Los Angeles where he completed his Pediatric Dental Residency training program at UCLA. Dr. Moaven is diplomate of American academy of pediatric dentistry and second year resident at UT Health San Antonio.
